1-Members are requested that those members whose addresses are incomplete, or the members who have not submitted the passport size photograph in the past, please come to the bank and give your permanent address and photo ID.
2- The nomination feature of bank is provided. Please come to the bank office to avoid future problems and fill out your enrollment form as per the guidelines suggest.
3- The most indebted members of the bank are requested to cooperate in strengthening the position of the banks by depositing them in the prescribed time period and avoid timely debtors themselves.
4- All the account holders are requested to keep regular transactions in your accounts in order to avoid your account being classified into the inactive category.
5- All customers are requested to complete their KYC.

I am grateful to all the officials working in State Co-bank Bhopal and Gwalior, District Co-operative Central Bank and Morena district, with whose guidance and cooperation, these banks progressively expanded their place in Morena and Shyopur district. I am also thankful to all the members who due to some reasons were unable to attend the conference. I wish for the prosperity and bright future of the people of Murraya and Sheopur district. While ending the 43rd Annual Report, on the behalf of all the staff members of the bank i thank all the respected members, authorities, and noblemen present in today's conference.
